This book is very dear to me, as it contains the translation of an old Tibetan scroll from the 1st century: The Life of Saint Issa – Best of the Sons of Men, that starts like this:
“The earth trembled and the heavens wept, because of the great crime committed in the land of Israel.
For there was tortured and murdered the great and just Issa, in whom was manifest the soul of the Universe;”
They have already tried in the lands of Bharat, where the Brahmins and the Kshatnyas could not stand how Issa (Jesus),was reading and explaining the Vedas to the Vaisyas and the Sudras.
He also escaped from Persia after challenging the beliefs and doctrines of Zoroaster and being led outside the city walls in the hope that he would become prey to wild animals.
So everywhere he went, he tried to free the oppressed from the oppressors, and also to free the oppressors from their own ignorance, and everywhere they tried to kill him.
This book tells the incredible story of the lost years of Issa (Jesus), and how he travelled to India to become a great yogi, one with infinite love for humankind, one who could not stand how corrupted religions abused and took advantage of people they should have nurtured and protected. Same old story.
